I am in. Currently I am in a 13 weeks biggest Loser type of challenge with my friends. My goal for the 13 weeks is to lose 20% of my starting weight of 213.4. We weight in on Sundays and as of 1/29/2012 I was 199.6 and -6.57%. I could have done better, but family gathering every weekend and my mothers cooking is my weakness. My monthly goal will 10 lbs, this is doable. Lets do this ladies! Good luck on meeting your goal this month.

I'd really like to see 84.0kg by the end of the month. I'm starting a lower-carb plan and I'm currently training for a 10K, so hopefully the combination will kick-start my weightloss again!

My life is a bout to get super hectic and we will see how well I handle it. From tomorrow until the 21st I will be losing my lunch period at work to privately tutor struggling students. I will also be working on credit recovery with another student from 4-6 everyday until the 19th.
I know this may not be the best month for weight loss but I really want to prove to myself that I can do this. I can find the energy to go to the gym and I can find the time to make healthy food choices. I need to show myself and others that my health and well being does not need to fall by the wayside simply because my life is busy.

This morning I went from 158.0 to 157.6 lbs. Amazing! After having 2 days of not exercising and a massive binge yesterday (had a very important interview!) I still went down! I'm going to make sure I exercise today to keep it. This week is my period week, so I'm not expecting any miracles!
Kahokkuri - Don't be scared! Sometimes I get worried that I've ruined something, but I find it's better to stay accountable even on the bad days!
Veela - You're absolutely right, you can make the time you just have to really want this! Life can get hectic but you can still maintain or keep on going.
If I don't hit Onederland this month, I seriously am going to be so angry with myself. There is no excuse for how poorly I've been doing lately. Grrr.
