Default I lost9lbs on my first week of weight watchers!!!
After being very hesitant on joining, I finally joined weight watchers last Thursday January 19th.

And this morning was my 1st weigh in & i lost 9lbs!! Woo hoo!!

I also started the Turbo Fire workout schedule & Jillian 30 day shred too.

Just wanted to share

Congratulations!!! I have great admiration for anyone who can stick to something like weight watchers/slimming world etcetc . I'm far too fussy an eater to be on a diet plan, so I just count calories.

9lbs is awesome The day I lose 9lbs in a week... well I would say I'll have a pizza, but that would kinda be counter productive!

AWESOME!!!! I started weight watchers a couple of weeks ago and I had some great results also. Stay motivated and keep counting those points and the weight will keep on melting away

Wow!!! That is so fantastic!! I am also doing weight watchers (Again) but I have never been a fast starter, I only lost 1.6 pounds in my first week . It's so encouraging to see such good results!

You'll be shopping for new jeans before you know it!!
