Hotaruchan Thanks hun! And be grateful for a baby face- you will always look younger and if you really want it gone, trust me the cheeks will melt away with weight loss. I know when my weight is higher I tend to have bigger cheeks but they all but disappeared when I was around my ideal weight.
161.7 this morning. I hope I can say goodbye on Monday. Its been a short trip but I am on the move! :-)

Aw, thanks Elizabeth. I fell off the wagon at 185 and stayed there for almost a year. I am proud of myself for maintaining mostly but it's time to get the rest off!! BTW, I seriously miss Phoenix. I used to be living there up until a year ago.
Way to go with the losses!! Stuntorz- You can do it! Byebye, .2!
Stepped on scale, 178.4! Happyhappy.
PS Hotaruchan- You're doing great! It'll move, eventually.

Apparently the scale read your post before I did, amandie...stepped on and I was down .9 this morning! 172.8...I'M COMING FOR YOU, 160s. I'm glad my crazy workouts are finally starting to give me some bigger numbers.

I was 176.4 this morning, which is great! but its where I was for about 4 years until 3 months ago and i gained 10-14 pounds. The lowest I can ever remember being is 160, so Im hoping to get there sooner rather than later!

I was so happy at the gym this morning when I saw 169.6 and so disappointed at MRC at noon when I weighed 173, up a half pound since Monday. They were supportive and said not to worry, but it brought me to tears. I have followed my plan to a T, so it doesn't make sense to me.

Hi Girls! I just wanted to give a little intro before I jump in here...Im unfortunatley a yo yo with my weight. In January of 2011 I weighed 170 between January-June 2011 I lost 30lbs got down to 140 and stayed between 140-145 until January of 2012 in 6 months Ive managed to get back up to 164. Freaking out because Im very close to right back where I started so I thought I better get back on track, and that means coming back here
Cant wait to get to know you all.
164.4 this morning.

I don't think I've posted in here. I'm at 163.6 and started my highest journey at about 172. So I'm hoping to get out of the 160s in 2 weeks maximum!

I got off-track this week, with both diet and exercise (gym? What's that? Oh... that place I drive past. Right.) so I've been a bit hesitant to weigh in again. Hopping back in the saddle in the morning!

Whhhhhy? I got back from a day of frolicking (I went to a burger place for lunch, then proceeded to bike for several hours until I found a water park then splashed around like an idiot for several more), I stepped on the scale to see how much "damage" I'd done to determine what I'd have for dinner...and the scale showed me an impossibly low number TT^TT I wanted it so badly, but after putting everything in I realized that I still had about 500 calories for the day BEFORE my exercise calories and didn't want nasty repercussions for only eating 700 calories in a day (apparently the burgers at mos burger are only a little over 300! Sweet deal!) Bye bye 171...I'll be back for you in a day or two...

Hey ladies! I'm hanging out at 166 (ya know, exactly what I weighed last week....*grumblegrumble*) and figured I'd pop in to hang with my fellow 160/170 peeps.
I just got restarted on my weight loss last monday, also started the C25K. Week one has been defeated!!! Trying to eat cleaner this week, because I'm really hoping to see the scale move by next Monday, else there will be some serious pouting.

Hi everyone! I was on here a few months ago - got all the way down to 155 then started failing. Gained back weight and have been slowly working it off but I realize I do sooo poorly without encouragement! I work at a place where no one diets and my roommate also doesn't care about what she eats - agh! I've made it down to 162 but I'm worried that I'll keep on going in the wrong direction! Give me a boost, 3FC ladies (& gents if you're out there)!
