What does a typical day of eating (on-plan) look like for you?

Breakfast: pancakes, smoked turkey sausage, and fruit
Lunch: baked chicken, rice, and vegetable
Dinner: baked potato, salad, and crabcake
Snack/Dessert: yogurt and granola bar

Breakfast: 2 weetabix biscuits, milk and a tiny sprinkle of sugar
Snack: Apple
Lunch: Ham salad and 2 satsumas
Dinner: Lean meat/fish a couple of small potatoes and lots of veg
Snack/Dessert: Fat free yoghurt with grapes.

Started... 10th April.
Main-goal: To lose 14 pounds in 14 weeks! Would be great to be 115lb's by mid-July for graduation and summer!
