Default I'm back :-)

Well here I am again, I haven't been around for 2 months, since I met my new boyfriend. Sadly I have gained 6lbs of, what I have termed, the 'love chub'.

Still, its not the worst thing ever. I explained to him that I wanted to lose the final 20lbs over the next 4 months or so, and he was very supportive. He's a police officer so is very fit anyway, and he suggested I join the gym, so we've made it into something that we do together a few days a week, and in turn I have introduced him to healthier meals. I'm already 1.2lbs down after 4 days. The best thing is, that i've been able to eat a lot more since joining the gym and still lose weight.

Mini goals (Since re-start 17/06/2011)


1st goal-202lbs no longer obese (Met 29/08/2011))
2nd goal-199lbs ONEderland (Met 5/09/2011)
3rd goal-194lbs 30lbs lost (Met 05/10/2011)
4th goal-184lbs 40lbs lost (Met 24/10/2011)
5th goal-169lbs No longer overweight I officially have a normal bmi
6th goal-160lbs GOAL!!!!!

Welcome back! that's great that you can go to the gym together! I hope that your losing continues! I know for me getting to eat more was a big motivator when I started jogging Haha good luck with the rest of your weight loss!
