If You Could Say One Thing To Your Body, What Would It Be?
Hi everyone,
Today, I was thinking what I would ask my body if I could ask it ONE thing and have it actually listen for once! I'll share mine below, please share yours to!
Dear Body,
First off I would like to thank you for losing weight  . I know sometimes you feel starved of sugar and fat, but I assure you it's all in your best interest! I am sorry for putting you through those long workouts 6 days a week that cause you to sweat profusely, again please remember I mean you no harm. However, I do have one tiny, little, smidgen of an issue I would like to take up with you. I would really appreciate it if you could start letting go of my stomach fat and STOP taking it from my boobs  . You are making them smaller and when that happens, my stomach looks bigger! I have a real problem with this, since as you know we are working extremely hard. Body, do you not understand that that abdominal fat is really bad for you and my self-esteem? Its time to let it go or you will force me to work you even harder  , we both know how much you hate that!

Dear Body,
Like Isis said to her body, please stop taking boob fat and start taking stomach fat. I don't think I can sacrifice anymore boobage before I'm a negative A cup. But if you must keep on taking fat from places where it's needed, at least keep on doing so at some steady rate. I've been stuck at around 160 for what seems like forever!
Also, please find energy to get through this next semester. We need to keep exercising!

You are awesome! You are capable of amazing things and I am very lucky to have you, but I just have one teeny tiny little favor to ask you- please bare with me. This is going to be a long journey and I know you already hurt often, but I promise you that it'll get better and I doubly promise that it will be worth it when we get to hang out on the beach on the honeymoon (and anywhere else forever and ever) and I won't feel the need to cover you up- I know how much you love the sun. My boobs haven't changed at all so I'm kind of lucky...but my message would still be: "Boobs! Grow!". :P They are pretty small compared to my frame & size!

Dear Body,
Why do you hate me? Why must you either be starved one day, and not hungry the next? I love you very much, and I only want the best for us, but you seem to resist change. Change is good and we can do it together, you just need to be more adapting. Also, those workouts with Jillian aren't because I hate you, but because I want whats best for the both of us.

I'm sorry for putting 60 pounds on you in 4 years. We're doing a great job of trying to fix that situation. But if you could do me a favor, I would greatly appreciate it and I think you would too. Please stop with the respiratory issues, especially while we're working out. We need my lungs to be strong so we can run a lot. I really want to run. Oh, and while you're at it one more small favor. If you could fix our feet so they were already use to minimalist running I think that would be fantastic. This whole SLOWLY getting the muscles in shape thing is really quite a thing.

Dear Body,
I would like to thank you for losing weight, because we both know we live in a superficial world where we are judged on standards that are to high to achieve. So Thank you for making it just a touch easier for me. We've fought each other over the years, but I think we're finally moving past it. I feel like I understand you better. What you want vs what you actually need...I feel like you need to understand though, that I hate these damn plateau's. You know, the ones that keep me stalled at the same weight for two months every 10 pounds...so please...do me one more favor and stop stalling. Lets get it over with so we can eat more to maintain =D...Good job on the workouts btw.

You have been there with me through all the teasing, all the battering I did when I fell, all the stretch marks that formed, all the stomach problems we had, and I have to thank you for putting up with me. Through all the bad i've placed on you, thank you for withstanding it, for now I am giving back to you. I am going to lose all the fat I unconsciously put onto you, I will get rid of all the stretch marks and scars, and I will make sure that after it is all gone, you will never have to deal with it again.

Please, if i ever do *cringe*, put on weight, may it hit my boobs first and my butt last. And when I lose weight, please take it from my bum first and my boobs last? Trust me on this, it will make me happier and I'll snack less; which will be better in the long run for my heart and teeth!
(Oh and I'm sorry for the winter SAD funk i've been going through and stuffing you with sugar throughout  )
