Default I've worked too hard, and come too far to binge...

Hey ladies, so I just got some terrible news today. My vet confirmed that my puppy is sick, and tomorrow we will be going to a specialist to do more tests and (hopefully) figure out exactly what it is...

I am a mess, as I am sure you can imagine, and I suspect that tomorrow will only be worse. I want nothing more than to go home and get a burrito (or something equally greasy) from the taco truck up the street... Obviously this would be a bad idea... especially because I splurged at lunch and had pho. I can not turn to food for comfort.. I am not that person anymore. That being said, I do want to eat something comforting without the calories it normally would entail.

Does anyone have a secret weapon they can share?

go for spicy not fatty. Saute anything vegetable w/ chipoltes in adobe sauce. Or cumin up some zuccini, roast kale spinkled w/ olive oil and curry.

Jello sugar free/fat free fudge pudding with skim milk. The entire box is around 4 points... Totally binge-able.
