Default I've pretty excited
Wasn't sure if this was just a ladies forum but everyone seemed welcoming in my introduction so I suppose I'm welcomed
The name is Dan, I'm 21 and I'm ready for a make over.
I've never really been overweight I suppose but I've always had a belly bulge which I want to get rid of.
Not because of what other people might think but mainly for myself.
I know I can do it but the struggle has always been the drive.
So I decided to start the Keto diet and increase my drive by daily summaries and weekly image/weight ins.
I started the first thread in the Low Carb forum so feel free to monitor my progress there.
I'll post weekly updates there and daily summaries of what I eat and how much I am exercising on my blog (sorry I can't post the link).
Hope to learn a lot here and share in everyone's success. I'm sure you'll keep me motivated!

Thanks ladies! As much as I want next Monday to come so I can see my progress by weighing and photographing my vacation ends then so I'm also dreading it XD
Is there one of those progress trackers for men? Like one with a road and a race car for the tracker? If not I always follow my heart so a heart shall do.

I think ticker factory has some "manly" ones!

However you need to be a member for 20 days and have 20 posts before you can get a signature and post a tracker.

Hah YAY for gamers! I play mostly PC. WoW and Trine 2 atm. But more than anything I'm addicted to Skyrim right now.. that is when I get manage to pry my fiance off!
