Default Myfitnesspal Calorie Question/Calorie Cycling

I signed up for myfitnesspal last February...I think? I kind of fell off the wagon, and only started using it again sometime in October. When I logged back in it said my calorie goal was 1220. I don't remember what the heck I put in there to make it say that, but doesn't that seem way too low? I stayed under that a few times, but I almost always go over. I probably eat anywhere from 1200-1800. My weight loss is kind of at a stand still right now, and I am just trying to figure it out. I know that you can edit your total calories, but I just haven't bothered to. Does anyone else calorie cycle and use MFP, or something like it? Do you changed your calorie goal daily? Maybe I should turn away from cycling, and just start at 1800-1900 and work my way down. Thoughts? Oh, I am working out a lot too, just as an FYI.

I use mfp and calorie cycle. I try to eat an average of 1428 calories per day a week but do cycle that number. I figured out that number using eucalorics.
