Default Having a pain

So when I'm running or exercising there is never really a problem.. however, when I go from sitting or laying down, everytime I stand my right back part of my foot is in too much pain to stand on hardly. Once I walk around for a bit I'm good, but initially it is almost unbearable.
Any idea?

Are you wearing the correct running shoes that support your arches?

Maybe you need extra insoles for support. Heel, knee and lower back pain can all be down to the incorrect shoes while doing high impact sports, like running. That's the only thing I can think of, you might want to rest up if it's causing you enough pain. Sorry I couldn't be of more help!
