Default Small exercise machine

Okay so I know commercials can overexaggerate the help a machine can really give. Ive been thinking of getting that new ab rocker. It does sit ups and twists now too, but does it really work?

I want something I can use in my room. Something small amd compact. I literally have a 3ftx7ft floor space. The remainder of my house is occupied by my sisters and their kids so I can never get the chance to exercise nor is there room for any big machines anywhere in this house in general. Any suggestions?

I've honestly never purchased anything other than my elliptical, dumbbells, bands, and balance balls. But my cousin used to go all out when she saw an infomercial. She had the Ab Rocker and used it maybe a maximum of 5 times?

I would recommend getting work out videos before investing in equipment. Saves you space and money. I've actually been doing the Walk Away The Pounds by Leslie Sansone. But there are MANY exercises out there to choose from that would give you the same benefits.

How about your body? There are tons of bodyweight exercises. No equipment necessary :-)

I have a mini elliptical that takes up about 18"x18" of floor space. I got it on Amazon for about $80. I did most of my cardio on it for the first 2-3 months before I got a treadmill. Other than that, dumbbells.

You know what? That is true. Perhaps I'll just keep up with core workouts and whatnot. I messed up my foot recently so cardio isn't really an option right now, so I guess I should just focus on my core and upper body for now. =)
Thanks. And no, I will not buy the ab rocker now hahaha

I used a stair stepper and resistance bands in my apartment days. I also did a lot of Tae Bo
