I'm thinking I need to revamp my breakfast too. All of your breakfasts sound so yummy. I usually eat a bowl of cereal...either some kind of Special K or Honey Nut Cheerios. Sometimes I'll have a banana if I have some around. I know when I start back to school I'm going to have to incorporate some protein in there, but I won't have a lot of time in the mornings either. Thanks for all the ideas!

This morning was a cup (2 servings) of Fiber One cereal and 1/2 cup 2% milk. Total of 180 cal.

I also will have 2 packets of plain instant oatmeal and add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar. Total of 250 cal.

I LOVE eggs too, but my body can't handle them. I'm fine with whites, but if I have more than 1 yolk I'm in the bathroom the rest of the morning. Which then makes going to the gym not possible!

Pockets, I absolutely love your avatar. I also agree that Mr. Darcy (even a la Bridget Jones) is far superior to Edward in the romance department.

Anyways, my typical breakfast staple is Odwalla superfood. I am in love with it and pre-paleo it packed some of the only fruits/veggies I'd get for the day. Now I'm eating tons of green stuff but the juice has stuck. Usually I'll have 2-3 softboiled eggs and a cup of Odwalla. This morning I had three mini-meat muffins and two cups Odwalla because I want a Greek omelet for lunch.

I know i should eat more for breakfast but pretty much I eat 1 or 2 eggs everyday. 1 egg if scrambled ..2 eggs if boiled. then some days i'll add something to it...usually salami. I try to keep it focused on proteins even though i know salami is fattening its a staple in dominican breakfast. Sometimes i'll eat a few bites of boiled plantains...but its usually just eggs and water.

I hate drinking water in the morning but i try to force it down because drinking water with breakfast gets me going with my water intake for the day. If i drink juice with breakfast I find i'm not in the mood to drink water anymore.

I like to switch it up a lot. Today I had 1/4 cup cottage cheese, low fat yogurt, and a slice of whole wheat toast with 1/2 tbsp peanut butter on it. I was going to have 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, but I put too much Cayenne pepper on it, and it was SUPER spicy. Lol.
