I don't eat them back. Once I'm in maintenance then I will, but for now I need all the deficit I can get!

Just yesterday morning I was 171. I know today's gain is water. I had 2 workouts yesterday. My normal one in the morning then a group run with my new running club in the evening. Plus I did weights in the morning. All things considered I feel great!
I'm going back to the gym this morning in about 15min!
