Up 2 lbs and I just ate a cookie. I have NO willpower. I can make myself work out, I've been to the gym for the last 3 days in a row but I spend every.waking.minute thinking about food. To the point I'm not concentrating at work, I can't sit still at home. It's ridiculous. I have to work out some kind of way to stop myself, but just can't seem to manage.
