aaaaand for the 3rd week in a row... 131!

Haha this is the longest plateau ever. But I feel determined to bust out of it and I just know that this is the week I do it.

I should have been back down to 209 today, but I started TOM (with a vengeance too!). I am just thinking how that number would be different if I hadn't eaten so poorly last weekend. This weekend will be different. I will be off plan for Saturday. I will be going to a comedy club with some old friends and I will be drinking. My food will be on plan though!

Good job to everyone who lost or maintained! For those that gained - We'll have a great week coming up!!

My weight is back on it's way down! Gym time is going to be limited. My doctor thinks I may have compartment syndrome. I have to cut back on my running and see if that helps. I'm not very happy about that.

Up one lb from tuesday (the weight I am counting, since it was on my own scale)... I've been super good all week (minus that one milano cookie yesterday) but its TOM and I haven't been drinking as much water as I should (not for lack of trying either... I sit there with a full glass of water at my desk all day... the problem is its always full.. I need to remember to drink it) Hopefully next week will be better!!

Up 2 lbs and I just ate a cookie. I have NO willpower. I can make myself work out, I've been to the gym for the last 3 days in a row but I spend every.waking.minute thinking about food. To the point I'm not concentrating at work, I can't sit still at home. It's ridiculous. I have to work out some kind of way to stop myself, but just can't seem to manage.

Rant over. Well done to all the losers!!
