  • Wowsa. It's December tomorrow! I can't believe that Christmas is around the corner! Hope that we can all stay accountable over this holiday, and I know it'll be difficult with all the delicious food on offer but we can do this!

    I've been fluctuating between 163/164 lbs, so I'll set my starting weight to 164 lbs.

  • I like the idea of a daily weigh in. Just started my diet so weight is dropping and I am motivated. I agree that the holidays will be tough, but I will stick to my plan!

  • I think I need to switch back to Daily Weigh-Ins. When I only weigh once a week I feel like I don't really hold myself accountable the rest of the week and just try and starve myself the day before the weigh in to make up for it....so I'm in!

  • And we're off! Good luck everyone, remember when you're weighing in daily it takes a lot of mental strength to deal with it. The progress might seem slower than it would if you were weighing weekly, but it keeps you in check for sure! Just don't get upset if you feel like you're stalling. WE CAN DO IT!

  • I added a poll to the thread to be answered at the end of the month, I was just interested to see how many of us reach our goals!
  • I like the poll idea, with some of us keeping the same post and editing and others posting anew every day it can get really difficult to keep on top of who is meeting their goals.
  • Oh December, I really hope you can be better than November.

    Will weigh in after sleeping (technically still Weds night on my crazy schedule) But so far November appears to have been a gain. Gotta get this going in the right direction.

  • Well, I have adjusted my starting and goal weights because I was 5 pounds more then I was expecting this morning. I think maybe these dumb antibiotics are making me retain water or something because I didn't eat enough yesterday to account for that much of a gain...

  • My Super Ambitious goal is 159. Starting the New Year no longer overweight would be so super amazingly fantastic! That's 15lbs though. Shoot for the eagles, right!?!
