I want to be at 156 by the New Year. Including the couple of lbs I gained over Thanksgiving, this means I need to lose 6 lbs for a total loss of 60 lbs. Don't know if its possible but I am gonna give it a shot.
My Thanksgiving week eating has been abysmal and the scale numbers show it. Catching up with my Ticker weight would make me happy. Therefore a 177 or 176 would be great. I tend to go crazy overboard on Holiday eating. This would probably mark the lowest my weight has ever been on a New Years Day.
I weighed 218 last new years and my goal was losing 60 pounds. I can live with a 40+ pound loss in 2011.
I would like to be at Onederland or at least lose another few inches. Measurements tend to show more of a loss than my weight does at this point in time.
I would like to be down to 220 by the new year. That's 13 pounds in one month! I think i can eat right and hit the gym enough to make it happen though =]]
I'd like to be in the low 150s, and I'd love to fit into size 8s. I'm in a loose 12/tight 10 now, so I'm not sure if that'll happen... But then I'd be able to buy some new clothes in the after Christmas sales
I want to be at goal! I am losing soooooooooooooooo slowly now, that it really will be awesome to lose 1.5-2 pounds by the New Year. Puh-lease...pretty please!
16st 3 1/2 lbs if my plan goes to plan ! thats losing 17 1/2 lb from now (hmmm over xmas, it looks doubtful!) x as long as I am not any fatter then I shall see that as a bonus! xx
I've had a goal in mind for a few months. Since starting a shift rotation for nights 9:30pm-7:30am where eating is difficult, my goal has been to lose 2lbs to get to 133.0 or less. As you can see, I'm not there. I know it sounds like a minuscule goal to most of you, but after 6mo of trying to lose but ending up in maintenance at around 135 while dealing with life changes, stress, and fiance moving in I'm hoping to never see higher than 135.0 again without good reason.
So, 133.0 or less on Jan 2nd (end of graveyard rotation.)
I would love to be under 200 pounds. I had a huge binge this weekend and it will probably take a week to get back where I was. Our company christmas dinner is Wednesday too.
I'm going to have to work really hard in December.
I would like to officially hit the 75 lbs lost mark.... which would be 148 for me.... I have been stuck in the low 150s for months now..... They say the last 15 is the hardest but this is driving me nutters!
169!!!! It seems impossible because of how slow I've been losing the last few weeks but I am putting my thinking cap on. I am thinking about replacing 2 meals a day with meal replacement shakes to help change things up and get my body in losing mode again.
