Hey ladies,
Dont know if anyone remembers me, I've been off for a while- since January I've graduated from college, passed my boards, officially became an RN- got an AWESOME job on night shift, and have eaten loads of junk food & been overly exhausted on a daily basis. Since then, I've also gained about 12 lbs. I suppose thats not as bad as it could be after 11 months of doing nothing but eating like crap. I've said many days in between "Todays gonna be it, I'm starting again today!!" Only to see carbs everywhere & eat them all. Well, I think I've realized I need to make little, long lasting changes (Like everyone says!). So I have some goals for the next two weeks, and would like to check in daily or every other day & be accountable, and in two weeks, I will re-evaluate & make new ones
Bear with me, these are baby goals for now.
Of course, anyone is welcome to join me.
- Work out for 30 minutes at least 3 times a week.
- Log my calories every day. Even if I mess up and go over, I will still log my calories.
- Post somewhere on here at least once a day.
- Do not eat any food at work other than what I bring to eat.
- Aim for under 1800 calories/day, but for these two weeks, I want to focus on healthier changes vs calories in.
Well, I think thats it for now
So who knows, maybe today really will be a new beginning.
