Good luck to everyone whose first challenge this is. Make a commitment to face/post the number every week no matter what it is and you’ll do great.

I'm going to use my 12 weeks final weight as my baseline for this.

Luckyme0510 – I have been doing these challenges on here since May. Less than half of the people who start them end up finishing. Generally the ones who are more active in the threads tend to stick it out to the end. Therefore being more active in the thread is probably a good idea. I look forward to seeing you around.

aka8941 - c25k buddy from the exercise forum

I started this thread a little early to generate interest in the Challenge. Post your Baseline weight in the googledocs spreadsheet on or before 11/22. Most of the people are waiting until we're a little closer to the start before they post their weight.

Then weigh in every week before the deadline. In the other challenge most people weigh in on the deadline date or the day before.

Then I post a chart with awards every week to show everyone's progress. It's fun (for me at least) to see how many pounds and what percentage I lost at the end.

Im gonna join this as well. Although I will be OL from Dec 16th to the 26th as I will be on vacation. the Caribbean, so hopefully wearing a swimsuit daily will help keep me from stuffing my face at every meal time.. and keep me on task for when I return..

This is my first challenge like this (otherwise I have only done the ones where you just try to loose 10lb in a month and post on the forum your progress.. there was no fancy chart or anything (: ) so if OL is not the correct term for that, please let me know.

signed up for this, failed the 2nd challange badly ill about 6lb up
but will try nip it in the bud now , have been exercising all week, so hopefully it'll start to pay off..
