I started this thread a little early to generate interest in the Challenge. Post your Baseline weight in the googledocs spreadsheet on or before 11/22. Most of the people are waiting until we're a little closer to the start before they post their weight.
Then weigh in every week before the deadline. In the other challenge most people weigh in on the deadline date or the day before.
Then I post a chart with awards every week to show everyone's progress. It's fun (for me at least) to see how many pounds and what percentage I lost at the end.
