I have had the most awful week. I was back home with family since Tuesday, and oh my goodness... could I have eaten any worse?! I officially hate the holidays! SO MUCH PIE! I am back now, and must get back on track. Grilling up some veggies and tofu for dinner... I am afraid to weigh in in the morning... :/

Sorry to sound like such a drama queen/downer...

Everyone keep up the good work!!!

I’m sure there will be some gaining numbers tomorrow (God knows I’ll be one of them ). Know that posting your weight and facing the number (no matter what it is) makes a HUGE difference in continuing on long term. For me at least it takes away some of the negative emotions that come with a gaining week. You post the number and then it’s done. On to the next week. Good Luck All!!!

Thanks Cheece and CountryBarbie24

The biggest thing these challenges have helped me with is not letting slips snowball. There’s always a weigh in coming up to get in gear for.

Lulubellebc – congrats on the loss!! so jealous

Sabri711 – I laughed at your “so much pie” comment. I literally ate pumpkin pie for breakfast 4 days in a row last week. It’s so darn good. You’re not the only one in this boat. As long as we get back on track it’s all good. Also you’re not a drama queen/downer at all. Most of us post about our struggles and obstacles on here.

Am I too late to sign up for the challenge? This sort of accountability sounds like exactly what I need, and the holidays have always been a problem time for me.

Thanks!

I can't WI this week. I can't face the scale. I know I gained. My DBF's pap passed away 11/13 and now my great uncle passed away suddenly on Thanksgiving. I have been having a really hard time lately, but I am trying to pick myself up this week. Monday was a decent day, hopefully the rest of the week will go well. I will definitely WI next Monday.
Hope everyone else is doing well!

hahaha Thanks! I think I'll attribute this loss to just getting off of my monthly and being extremely stressed out all week. I WISH I could lose 9 lbs each week! I'd be at goal by now lol. It's also not the first number that matters, It's the difference between the first number and the last number that counts :]

Weighed in at 179 this morning! So relieved (and surprised) it did not go up after that disaster of a week!! Keep up the good work everyone!!

Baseline: 11/22 --- 213
Week 1 : 11/29 --- 215
Week 2 : 12/6
Week 3 : 12/13
Week 4 : 12/20
Week 5 : 12/27
Week 6 : 1/3

Today's weight in was not as bad as I feared. Only 2 pounds up. That will be easily lost this week

is it too late to sign up?!! It's still the 29th in the US right? What do I put in the "baseline" column, my weight the previous week?
