Default accountability thread Nov

Hello everyone

I am back to losing weight after a difficult year and I work better being accountable to someone. I am a 27 mother in one special needs beautiful girl I am on weight watcher for the first time. Trying to get 30 minutes on the treadmill a day until I feel ready to get into something more intense. So here we go~
Anyone is welcome to join for support and accountability

So today so far I am doing well. Went down to 176 again next weigh in Sunday. About to get on the treadmill in about half and hour. Feeling good after seeing the scale go down.

So I have been on plan but I had some cheesecake. It was very little and in my weekly points. But I feel like I need to be more careful about the sweets. I guess that I am learning as I go along and that is alright.

Hi Sun,

Congratulations on your progress so far! I would love to join you as I need some accountability as well. Today is going well so far - I'm doing a low glycemic index plan and I haven't fallen off today :-) still trying to figure out what I'll have for dinner + what healthy things I can take to work tomorrow.

Sounds like you are doing well

I made donuts today for my hubby and his bro so I had one. Have to keep it under control. Its sooo tempting though, agh! I am going to try and get on the treadmill later to offset some of these points.
