I was pretty stoked about my 147.8 that I reached on Friday. Considering I was 152 on monday, I feel good. I know that it's like, just water weight but it still feels good to be in the 140s again!
Goal #1 will be 145 lbs because that will put me at a healthy BMI.
Haven't seen that since my sophomore year of college!
