lisa - you can do it
Good luck!
I'm back at 143 today! Still on my TOM so this is good!
I posted about this in the featherweights 140s thread but...I've been so focused on trying to get down to a healthy BMI that I totally missed the part where I hit a healthy weight range for my large-framed body.
This is...HUGE!! I've never been considered at a healthy weight. It's been so crazy to put my info into all of these and see "healthy" instead of overweight or obese!
I'm so excited!
According to lots of calculators and charts, I can weigh between 131-147 pounds and be considered "healthy." I want to get down to 135 at least, possibly maintain 133-135.
This really all depends on how I look though. I really really love my new hourglass figure. If I start to lose that I'll just stop where I am
This also explains why it's been getting more difficult to lose the weight. I'm getting close to "the end"
