Hey ladies, I havn't been doing so well on my plan but I'm ready to get back on track now. I am at 158.2 as of this morning and am hoping to get down to about 145 by the time we go on our spring trip to florida in April. The 150s and 140s seem to be kind of a rut for me so I can't wait to get out of them for good!

Hey Ladies! I looked at the calendar today and realised that Feb ends this week, which brought me to the horrifying realisation that I haven't lost any weight for 3 months now.
I'm really starting to get concerned that I may never move out of the 150's.

Hey all,
I haven't joined any of these threads before but I figured I'd start now because I could really use some motivation. I was stuck jumping around between 162-159 for a few weeks but I have been in the 158s for a few days and I'm hoping i'm here to stay. It was super discouraging since the first 12ish pounds flew off in about a month.
Hopefully I can fly out of the 150's now that I'm here.

Hey guys!
Ugh, haven't lost any weight this week, which is no surprise considering how I've been eating. I haven't really be overeating, which is why I've maintained, but I've been eating out a lot and haven't been able to control my calories well.
My challenge is that my sister comes to my apartment for 3-7 days a month and it throws off my entire schedule. This has happened every month for a while, and its frustrating. She doesn't eat any of my healthy food and doesn't have a car up here so she can't go get herself things to eat, so I just end up eating what she wants. And after a couple days of that I get lazy about bringing food to work and have to grab things for lunch rather then bringing something healthy.
I know I'm 100% responsible for what goes in my mouth, but I find it so hard to manage what she is eating as well as what I am eating. I should probably post more in the next few days, cause sometimes it hard for me to get back in the swing of things after she's been here and I don't want that.

But I'm really upset about my visit to the doctor's office. I was weighed with all my clothes on (including shoes) and the scale read 150.2. So as soon as I got home I weighed again, without changing any of the variables, and it read 146. Without my gear, it was 142.
So my scale may be under by 4 lbs. I don`t know whether to continue using this scale until I reach goal and get a new one so I can re-evaluate where I`m at with less pressure, or to get a new one asap.

I am ALWAYS 5 lbs heavier at the doctors. It makes me so unhappy. and i hate how they weigh me with my shoes on too.

Woop woop! I saw 156.8lb on the scale today after being at 158lb for aaaaaages. A bit thankful actually since I overate a lot of my calories last week. Maybe I would have been 156lb otherwise? But regardless... yay! 156.8!! Only 1.8lb away from being 155lb! Then I would have lost 5lb since coming to 3FC. ^^

Hey all! Rainy - glad to see you in here. I haven't really posted for awhile, but I am at 159. Kinda stuck b/c I haven't been watching my calories. After I get over this nasty cold, I am going to go on a 2 week health kick, the likes of which has not been seen before. Then I'll go back to my normal, flawed calorie counting (hey - it still works :-P)

Gold, how are you? I was looking for you and Jelbb on the 160s/170s thread! Glad to see you back
Going to the gym later today, then going to go early Saturday morning to get an official weigh in! Really hoping to get my foot more firmly in the 150s door!

157.8 this morning, so I'm heading in the right direction! We all say this with every decade, but I am so anxious to get through the 150s! With my height, build, and muscle mass, I'll feel FANTASTIC in the 140s. Especially since I really don't know how much I weighed throughout high school, but I don't ever remember less than the 150s for sure. Whoo hoo!

Hey! I'm kind of new/old to this site. I created my account a year ago but I never used it. Then I fell off my diet and regained most of my weight. But now, I am back on (30 pounds gone!) and hoping that I can get to my goal this time!
This morning I weighed at 144.6....then I fell back asleep for two hours and when I weighed in at 143.2. I decided to take count the first one and see....haha. Hopefully I'll be out of the 140s soon! I don't even remember the last time I've seen the 130s!

Rainy - I have been much much better. Just can't wait to get back into the losing weight game. I miss Jelbb too - I hope she comes back soon.
And...CONGRATS on your WL - that's fantastic!!!! I'll bet you look great now, but the 140s are calling ya!!
Sparkle - Congrats on your 45 LB WL - that is quite an accomplishment
