I feel like a jerk, but I need to vent again. So as I said above, my cheat meal was on Monday. I was up 2 lbs on Tuesday (which was expected) but I was perfect all day tuesday, and i was pretty pissed yesterday because i was STILL up those 2 lbs Wednesday.
Sooooooooooooooo I got on the scale this morning... UP ONE MORE POUND!!! WHAT THE ^&%&^*&(^*%^%^%$#?! That dumb baconator and ice cream were so not worth these 72+ hours of bad scale numbers.
When I saw 147.2 on the scale, today, I was fuming. Usually I put a little garlic salt to flavor my chicken at lunch... yeah, didn't do that today. I have also filled up my brita 2.5 times, so I think i've had like a gallon and a half of water at least. If the scale doesn't budge tomorrow, I might throw it out the window.
