I feel like a jerk, but I need to vent again. So as I said above, my cheat meal was on Monday. I was up 2 lbs on Tuesday (which was expected) but I was perfect all day tuesday, and i was pretty pissed yesterday because i was STILL up those 2 lbs Wednesday.

Sooooooooooooooo I got on the scale this morning... UP ONE MORE POUND!!! WHAT THE ^&%&^*&(^*%^%^%$#?! That dumb baconator and ice cream were so not worth these 72+ hours of bad scale numbers.

When I saw 147.2 on the scale, today, I was fuming. Usually I put a little garlic salt to flavor my chicken at lunch... yeah, didn't do that today. I have also filled up my brita 2.5 times, so I think i've had like a gallon and a half of water at least. If the scale doesn't budge tomorrow, I might throw it out the window.

and flashfacts - sorry to hear you are in relatively similar situation, but it does feel good knowing i'm not alone! We can do this right?! lol

Hey all! just checking in. I'm officially under 160 for the first time in years! I am going to wait until I consistently get a 157 reading until I move in for a lil while (months) till I get to the 130s. Can't wait to meet new friends. Note: the 160s forum is cracking with weight loss, so we'll have a pretty full forum soon :-)

lifehouseluver Glad to see you got past your stall as well.

Wow, 158 means I have just 3 lbs until I'm at a normal BMI. Its almost hard for me to believe.

151.5 today. Just 2 more lbs until I’m in the 140s. I’m so excited!

Hi everyone! This is my first time posting here. I was in the 150s for over a year and was so excited to make it to the 140s. Now that I'm here I can't wait to make it to the 130s! Haha. I was super excited to see 145 on the scale this morning especially since TOM is coming and I needed a little pick me up. Anyways looking at all of your posts motivates me in my weight loss and congrats to all of you on your amazing progress!

I reached 156.3lb today!! WOO. I haven't been this weight since winter 2010. I'm sure this weight will probably fluctuate in the coming week, but I'm happy I've seen it on the scale!

After a weekend of drinking eating and tom I wooshed down from 159.6 to 157! My lowest weight that I've seen since... middle school maybe. It's pretty exciting! Only 17 more pounds to lose!

Hello everyone. I'm not new, I just don't post often! Anywho... I've been sitting at 154-153 for the past few days. This is the lowest I've weighed in my adult life, I was 155 at my very lowest before I gained weight... So while I'm excited for literally every pound lost I'm still like... COME ON SCALE, I NEED TO SEE 149. I've never seen a 4 in the second digit before.

argggggggggg. after a tough week, i'm at 141.2. i had my husband remeasure my height and found that i am an inch taller than i thought which means that i am .1 lbs away from being at a healthy bmi.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN AT A HEALTHY BMI BEFORE!! i want it so bad! i really wanted to be in the 130s, even 139.8 by vday, so im super obsessed today!

Hi all-

I have been maintaining at 158 for the longest time, and I'm so ready to move on to my goal. I exercise 5-6 days a week, but my diet has been very off compared to when I was actively losing. My main inspiration to get going again is the fact that I'm getting married next year...so here I am! At least I haven't gained any weight back, but I'm ready to get out of the 150s (and 140s...eventually)

143.2 today!!! I spazed out when I saw it. I took a picture of it on the scale, and sent it to my boyfriend because i'm that lame. lol

To think that the 130s are just 4 lbs away.....

Lifehouseluver - Haha I've sent scale pictures to my boyfriend too!

Jayohwhy - ahh being so close to a healthy bmi is so exciting but frustrating at the same time! I was in your shoes a few weeks ago! I'm sure you will make it soon!

I've dropped even more today! I'm down to 155.6 and it's so crazy to me. I'm kind of in disbelief. I hope it sticks!

159.9 this morning!
In the past the 150's were the hardest part for me, so I'm definitely going to use this thread to my advantage.

Hey guys!

Had a rough week due to getting super dehydrated (you should have seen how chapped my lips got) and my weight was staying around 158-160. But I stuck hard to eating well and exercising and got a big whoosh this morning as a reward. 156.5! Just a pound and a half from a normal BMI!

I'm really starting to realize how different weight loss is now that I'm so much smaller. Before it would take weeks or more to see really small changes, but even with the scale sticking in place I was able to see the small difference that one and a half pounds made.
