Talking 12 Weeks to Take Off II Challenge - Starts 8/25 - Come Join

The first challenge was such a success we decided to do it again.

Please only join if you are serious about sticking with it. Even if you don't do great, posting your weight every week and staying accountable makes a huge difference. In the last challenge everyone that stuck with it weighed at least a pound lighter at the end. Lets make this challenge even better than the first and lose the pounds together.

This is what the charts will look like. Unfortunately I am working off of a $500 laptop and these are the best graphics that can be done on "Paint." Sorry that they're blurry . Enjoy

I love the idea of being accountable to others as well as to myself. 12 weeks is good time to notice a difference and I can't wait to get started!! I'm all pumped up!

Wow I'm pleasantly surprised at the Response so far . I just Alphabetized the names and added a few more rows. I'll be away from the net all day tommorow and wanted to play it safe.

YAY I can't wait to get started! I am going to wait to post baseline until the Sunday before the deadline, that's when I weigh in now. I am so excited, this is going to be super fun! Anyone in this challenge doing Insanity? That is part of my workout regime now and wondering if there are any other chicks out there and if we can support each other! Good luck ladies, let's kick some lb butt!

I'm new to this forum but I'm totally in. My wedding is about 6 weeks into the challenge, which is good because while I'm already committed to losing weight before the wedding, I'm going to need you guys to help keep me motivated to continue losing AFTER that.
