The fact that I have to weigh in for this challenge (And also that I have a doctors appointment at the OB every 2 weeks now), has kept me on track the last couple weeks! Even though I'm not trying to lose at the moment it's motivating me to exercise daily and eat healthier snacks.

I got my Zumba DVDs yesterday... fun! I put in the 'basic' dvd where it teaches you the moves... which I did know a lot of since I did classes for several months when I lived by the gym. I had to sit out for some things and take some extra rest, and didn't finish the last portion, but I worked up a nice sweat for at least half an hour or 45 minutes and it was fun! I am going to enjoy these!

I was down 2.5 lb this week from last week. Probably combination water weight and tooth ache.

I started working out again today because I just stopped for some reason. Next week I go camping so I should be doing plenty of walking!!

I will weigh-in tomorrow. I forgot this morning.

I'm pretty sure I gained or stayed the same. I took a weekend beach trip and ate/drank too much and now I'm trying to get back to where I was. Fun.

I'll update in the morning - next week, I'm going to force myself to get to the gym at least 4 days.

I broke my plateau!! Last week was the first week I didn't lose anything and I got kind of nervous....but today I was on track, I missed the weigh in by a day but I'll post yesterday's weight. I've gone down about a pound and a half, right on track with what I've been wanting to lose over two weeks (I'm going slow on purpose). I've been working out almost everyday too which has felt so good! I was even eating at maintenance or higher for a few days, glad it looks like working out took care of that anyways. Good job ladies with your weigh ins and satying accountable! See you next week!

Yay! Congrats. The scale worked in my favor as well. I broke through my plateau. This shows that we can do anything if we put effort into it.

BTW, when I first glanced at your ticker I thought it said 100. I am thinking this lady is definitely crazy. I say this with your height in consideration.

LOL ... yeah, 100 would be a fun trick.

Glad the scale is moving for you as well ... this weekend will be tough since I am going out to dinner with friends tomorrow to a local italian place. But oh well - it's one night and I should be fine as long as I don't go too crazy. Hope everyone has a great weekend!
