8/1/11: C25K W4D3!, 30 min bike ride, 45 min elliptical (yay cardio day!)
8/2/11: 60 min elliptical
8/3/11: Rest day.
8/4/11: 60 min spin class!
8/5/11: 20 min stationary bike + 55min (ish?) sh'bam class [certainly proved I have 2 left feet!]
8/6/11: Planned rest day
8/7/11: 60 min spin class + moving furniture in 90* heat (who needs to lift weights? )
8/8/11: 1.5ish hours exploring all of the weight machines at the gym - my boyfriend helped show me how to use everything, and I did 8-10 reps on each machine (some more than once) - but not a "planned" workout
8/9/11: 60min spin class
8/10/11: BodyStep class (55min)
8/11/11: Unplanned rest day. Didn't feel well, decided to listen to my body and nap instead of the gym.
8/12/11: Unplanned rest day. Had to take the kitty to the vet and then monitor him all day - poor little guy forgot how to land like a cat, he managed to pop out his knee!
8/13/11: making up for two off days - 60 min spin class + 1hr 45 min weight lifting with my boyfriend. Oooof!
8/14/11: C25K W5D1 (YAY!) + 30 min weight lifting
8/15/11: 45 min elliptical + 20 min stationary bike
8/16/11: 60 min spin class + 40 min weight lifting
8/17/11: C25K W5D2 + 30 min weight lifting
8/18/11: 60 min spin class
8/19/11: rest day
8/20/11: C25K W5D3!!! + 1hr weight lifting
