Thought I'd join you ladies.
I weighed in last Thursday at
196.1 but today I'm up to
198.5
This weekend included a bad 3-4 day stretch. I just started getting back in the swing of things yesterday. It takes me a day or two of 60% before I get fully back on plan.
Today
-Pros healthy breakfast, healthy afternoon snack, went for a run.
-Cons ate two large sample cookies at supermarket and the run didn't go well
I technically fit into my dress for a wedding on my birthday of 8/20, but it's REALLY tight. I hope to get serious and lose 5+ pounds beforehand. Anyone else looking to be VERY good for the next 10 days?
