Default Workout Music

For my first few weeks, I listened to Girl Talk's Feed the Animals while I worked out, but I've been getting kind of bored.

I spent most of this morning making a super dance-worthy mix with the help of the Hype Machine. I'm still looking for a few tracks to round it out to a good hour and a half mix, but so far, I've got:
1. Luke Million, "Sun Splash"
2. Miike Snow, "Black & Blue (Savage Skulls Remix)"
3. Monarchy, "Love Get Out of My Way (Benny Benassi Remix)"
4. Peter & the Magician, "Twist"
5. September, "Party in My Head (Coucheron Radio Edit)"
6. CSS, "Music is My Hot Hot Sex"
7. Neon Hitch, "Bad Dog (DiscoTech Remix)"
8. Kimbra, "Cameo Lover (Shook Remix)"
9. Midnight Magic, "Beam Me Up (Jacques Renault Remix)"
10. Chromeo, "You're So Gangsta"
11. Madeon, "Pop Culture (Live Mashup)"--as a DJ, this track rather blows my mind

Every single one of these electropop tracks is full of energy.

What's on your workout mix?

So far, I've only started walking, but I listen to a lot of Pitbull during this time. His upbeat music gets the pace going. I also love songs like
~ Get Freaky - Pitbull
~ Krazy - Pitbull
~ Rain over me - Pitbull and marc anthony
~ S&M by rihanna
~ any club remix! less words but heavy bass
~ Get Crazy ~ LMFAO
~ La La La - LMFAO
~ Party Rock Anthem by LMFAO *absolutely love*

... among others!! Most of it is dance / hiphop etc...

bopbot let's talk music sometime.

Some ideas for tracks:
The Similou - "All This Love" (belongs toward the end of the mix, for when the endorphins really kick in)
Junior Caldera - "Can't Fight This Feeling"
Sidney Samson - "Riverside"
Capsule - "What Do You Want To Do"
Pretty much anything remixed by The Twelves
Fred Falke's remix of "Embrace" by Pnau featuring Ladyhawke

SO agree. I love that song.

I listen to a huge variety of music when I work out, but lately for long runs I've been listening to Ghostface Killa or Fugazi and I just zone out. Very nice.

I listen to a lot of things as well! It really just depends on my mood...sometimes I put my phone on Pandora to the Disney station and jam to some Mulan or The Little Mermaid. lol!

Lately, I've been listening to a lot of DJs, mainly Skrillex and Porter Robinson.
