6 weeks off logging food/exercise...time to get in gear!
So the past 6-8 weeks have been very hectic..to start my SO and myself went to San Diego for the weekend for his birthday...the next weekend was his surprise birthday party...the weekend after that we went to Kauai for a week (where he proposed!!)...then we threw a 4th of July party and last weekend we went to Palm Springs for the weekend for a wedding..
This past weekend has been the first in a LONG time where we werent going somewhere and my busy schedule has led me to not eat as well/ exercise as much as I should...
So heres to getting back in 'good' shape for my engagement party in 3 weeks!! Ugh, gaining is sooo much easier than losing!
