Question Ideas for flavoring water

OK, I've come across some great ideas in random threads throught this site about getting down that water to stay hydrated enough to flush out the fat we all work so hard to get rid of. But I thought maybe it would be good to consolidate those ideas into one thread....

So let's have it! Everyone chime in to give ideas on how to get water down, whether it's a plan/schedule, adding fruit or fruit juices, whatever it is. I know I need some tips to drink more water as I can't stand drinking plain water unless it's ice cold and I've just worked out. -_-

Add in some berry or fruit ice cubes - chop up fruit and freeze them with just a tiny bit of water or fruit juice added in and it helps to flavor the water plus gives me something to look forward to - fishing out the fruit at the end Smaller berries you can freeze whole depending on the size of the ice tray

I love cucumbers cut up in my water. Or even better, cucumber and mint!

Fresh fruit like slices of apple and strawberries and lemon in a pitcher. The water will absorb the taste of the fruit in a very subtle way but tastes soo yummy. Saw this at a restaurant we liked and have been doing it ever since.

I always used fresh lemon and limes, sometimes frozen raspberries too (not the kind in syrup). My mom always hated water until she added about an ounce of cranberry juice into a bottle of water. Or use a splash.

I either use lemon juice or Crystal Light Lemon Iced Tea......In the morning i fill up my 74.4oz jug of water and add 4 packs of my Crystal Light. It definitely makes getting the water down easier

I drink a ton of water plain....just crave it.

But for variety, I like Crystal light or Slimquick mixes. The slimquick seriously is NOT an appetite suppresant, but I just like the flavors. I limit myself to one flavored water a day and 1 diet pop. The rest is skim milk and water, water, water.
