Ok, let me just say this weekend I did pretty good. I stuck to my salads...a small chocolate shake from checkers snuck its way in though >o< I was craving it so bad! I have a bigger problem this week, on Friday my friends and I are all going out to dinner at flanigans and I have no clue what I should eat. Any tips?

@Nani: If you are fighting off major cravings...don't resist completely! A small shake isn't catastrophic if it isn't all the time. If you resist everything you want all the time you might weaken your will and end up binging. I have done that before and it is never good. >_< As for Flanigans...go with grilled items. I don't know much about seafood so I can't really advise you about that but am sure someone else can charm in!

So Lucy (the extra person I have to lose) is slowly coming off. I am down 5 lbs since I came back to the site two weeks ago. I just need to strengthen my resolve because my week is stressing me out in the worst way.

Thanks for all the tips, especially with the craving one. I don't get them every week (thank god!) they sort of just come randomly, like one week I'll be woohoo vegies! and then BOOM! I want brownies 2 weeks later and stuff. I'll definitely be looking at the grilled section tomorrow, I'm even cutting my calories a little short through out the day just to be safe. Most of the seafood there is fried or cooked in fatty sauces, sucks cause I'm a sucker for seafood. :P Thanks again!

Last week, I gained 2lbs (TOM). Today, I am -5 (so technically -3). I did cave too, a WHOLE Hershey bar 2 days in a row. But, I ate half-way decent othewise those days too. I hit my 20lb goal and I am the weight I was 2.5 yrs ago. I am slowly getting there!

I have 58lbs to lose. Although it isn't another person it is a third of my current weight which feels like a massive challenge

Lisa 58 lbs is more than my first grader and she's a person. Good luck on your journey. My goal is to lose about 60 lbs. 70 and I would be within the medically ideal range.

I'm also trying to lose a small person... I have 88 pounds to lose. I'm very excited about the journey though, I can already feel myself getting healthier.

I had a person to lose. Looking at it this way, have lost a first grader, need to lose a fifth graders.. is that OK? Or I've lost 2/3 of a person already, just need to lose 1/3 more. GOSH why am I STALLED.. urg. Been hanging out in the 170s for weeks now.
