I have the same problem. No matter how hard I try to work on myself I'm always at the 180 mark. I wish I could just push it down. How should I approach this??? UGH! How frustrating.
Thanks everyone for the welcome I weighed in at 187 this morning!! Moving in the right direction!! Also glad to say that I think I am safely in the 180s now without danger of going back into the 190s (I generally see 1lb fluctuation, but rarely more than that).

I've been in the 180s since July (UGH). My sister came to town and that bumped me back up to 189, then I got down to 184.5 and went home for a long weekend and that bumped me back up to 189.
Weighed in at 186.5 AND my TOM starts today, so I'm hoping for some whoosh from the water weight. Maybe 6.5 lbs of water weight
Im right there with you Kams... 186.. although its not TOM for me.. so I'm sure when its over youll be a few lb lighter

congrats thinner and running and nrz242 for breaking your plateau...I'm soooo close to 179 and I don't think I'll make it Wednesday cuz TOM is due. We'll see. I'm already steeling myself for a gain, but you just never know. I know, eventually, I'll get into the 170s and I really think the way it has been going I'm okay with it taking the next 3 weeks....so long as I don't register huge gains! Hang in there everyone! I weighed in this morning at 188.2. I'm now ready to declare victory on the 190s and join you guys
I just did some "Attic Shopping" and found a few things that technically fit but could use 5 more pounds. Then a few more things that are 10-15 pounds away. That's definitely some extra motivation to fly though the 180s. Hopefully I'm not with you guys too long

Im currently weighing in at 188.5. It WAS 186 two days ago but yesterday was a lazy day and I had to stay with my sick sister so we ended up watching movies and gorging on pizza. Like a large between the two of us with ME eating most of it...and I was a pound and a half from no longer being obese...
Now i just have to work extra hard to get myself back into the healthy mode I was in...UGHH. Cant wait till I reach 179...

183.8 today. I've been stuck around 185-186 lately so I'm soooo happy to see a new number! I want to be rid of the 180s asap!!
I plan to go shopping today to buy a pair of size 10 jeans I passed last week. They're my favorite brand and were on the clearance rack and having them in my closet will be major motivation! I just hope the store still has them! I fit into size 12s consistently now, although some brands are snug. I want to be a 10!
