My first post on here... good way to start the month

7/01: 140... been here for a week on a 1200 calorie diet with 20 minute workout daily.
7/02: 140... come on scale, move already! I added an hour hike into it to try and jumpstart the loss again... stupid plateau
7/03: 140 No exercise yet today... hoping for a 2 miles jog later tonight. This is starting to suck
7/04: 139.5 i think? Looks lower; I want a digital scale lol
7/05: 138!!! Wahooo!!!!
7/06: 138
7/07:138
7/08: 138
7/09: slightly under 138
7/10: 138 and SORE from squats!
7/11: 137.5 looks like
still super sore from squats (been doing sets of 5 through out the day during housework)
7/12: 137.5
