That's the kind of water weight I can gain when I'm not OP.
Had a hot dog with bun, and big servings of bake beans, potato salad & cole slaw yesterday.
Hope fully with a long walk today, lot of H2O & fish & chicken for lunch & supper I'll be back on track by Wednesday
