How do I relieve my bloat from eating too much bran?
I know that I could not have consumed an excess of 3500 cals...I just know it! And yet, ever since I had some bran crackers (starting on Sunday, and now a couple here and there) I have been very bloated. I will ease up on the crackers, and not eat them for a while, but what foods/anything will help me with water retention? I find that most fiber foods bloat me and the internet tells me just to eat more fiber, so I feel lost.
