I woke up really sore today from running 18 min straight for the first time ever, yesterday. I tried to run today but my body just wasn't going that far. I had no energy and everything ached. I'm going to take 3 days off and resume running on Sunday.
I feel bad I won't be able to finish my last 2 workouts, but I made alot of progress over the past week. This thread really motivated me.
