Hi ladies, I've started running everyday (well ok 5-6 days a week) and I'm looking for some stretches to do to combat the muscle aches I've been getting. Basically I've been getting muscle aches in my hips, knees, and ankles (wow that makes me sound/feel old haha).
I've got the whole calf and back of the leg stretch thing down...but what about these other parts?? Anyone have any tips/moves/sites to look at?
I'd recommend checking out the page on stretching at runnersworld.com here. They have lots of different stretches, including how-to videos, and are for more expert on the subject than I am.
Ferumbras: thanks for the link! That site is...umm....intense? haha. They scare me...I won't lie to you. Lol. I picked up a few tips and might try that yoga routine they put up with the pillow...just bc exercising with a pillow sounds lovely to me (though it's probably WAY more intense than I'm thinking it is in my head..)
