I know it's normal to gain weight around your TOM. Since last week though, I've put on 6lbs
My period started monday, and is pretty much over today. I'm eating really good, drinking a ton of water and tea, and have only slipped up on my diet with 2 bites of a brownie and half of a coke all week. I've also been doing a ton of cardio as well as gardening and everything. So when is this going to come off? I really don't have my period often so I don't know whats really normal for my body. I just hate seeing that number on the scale when I've worked so hard to be back down. My stomach was pretty flat too and is now like a beach ball, and none of the jeans I bought saturday fit. It's getting frustrating..
