I was going to say that's a lot of planning, but come to think of it, that's what DH and I ended up doing too, lol. Officially engaged August 11th, ceremony July 23rd, so just shy of a year.
Well, I booked a trip to Vegas on Tuesday. It seems like I only have motivation to work out when I have a vacation planned. So I think I need to book a vacation every three months to keep me on top of things
I had a really crappy week. I'm not quite sure what happened, I just kind of shut down for a week. It's happened before (major depression yeah!) but not when the weather's nice and I'm not in school.
Oh well. I'm better now.
This morning I ran 2 miles at 8:1 intervals. It was pretty easy.
I'm now a whole week behind on the 3o day shred challenge, which pisses me off, but oh well.
Ran 2 miles at 9:1! I'm so close to 10:1s that I can smell it!
I've also been increasing my speed a little bit. I've been doing 4.7 for the first few intervals and then going up to 4.8 for the last one. At 1.80 miles I go up to 5.0 and 5.2 at 1.90.
My goal is to run 3 miles at 6.0 before my birthday (Sept 27) which right now feel possible, but real hard!
Well, I just wrapped up a whirlwind weekend of terrible eating. (I still got my exercise in though). I am all sorts of bloated and feeling rather puffy.
Time to get back in gear. Where's my water bottle.....
doubting julia~ i dont know about you, but i need to lean forward to see the scale numbers, and by leaning it messes with the weight on the old school scales. i upgraded and im much happier!
Hello Ladies!!! Weekends over. Walked twice and did my yoga once. Eating was pretty good.Could have been better, but I could have done worse. I went shopping and that was a complete mess. I cried, my boyfriend didnt know how to react lol READY FOR A NEW WEEK forsure.
