Hi Everyone
Jaimie it's gotta be sodium related, get your water in and flush it out.
ThousandSunny sorry about the hard day, hope tomorrow is better
supergirl111 post away, gotta claim it
petitefleur I can't wait until my tops look descent again
I weighed in at 172.2 I haven't been that low since Oct/Nov last year. I am so hoping to keep it going. TTOM has arrived also

Rennie- You must have been right on the sodium, I was 178.4 today. Better.
What a battle these last 2 weeks have been. I am so ready for a consistent downward trend. I have been STUCK at this range forever. I want to see those 160's so badly by the end of July. I have decided against my better judgement to try a mainly liquid based diet called Velocity. I know all to well that it is kind of taboo, but I am hoping that it will give me the boost I need. I survived yesterday, and I am drinking a protein shake right now. That bridesmaid dress isn't getting any bigger, so I need to do something drastic!!

Holding steady from Monday, so I'm still at 176.6 lbs. And I'm still happy, since it could be worse lol.

Jaimie congrats on the scale moving I was reading about the liquid diets and body flushes/detoxing and it said that our bodies already do that so be careful. Make sure you are getting all of your nutrients in
Petitefleur you're right it could be worse but I still get mad when I hold steady at the same weight great positive attitude

Good to see you!
love2b150, I try to stay positive since I'm so tired of failing. And I refuse to this time.
Not weighing again until next Monday, but I will be getting in some extra work this weekend (mowing the yard).

Mish! Glad you are here!! On both scales even!! Yay!
I weighed in at 177.0 today. Super happy about that!! Can only hope this new down trend (coinciding with beginning C25K) continues for a while. I feel so motivated and eat so much better when the scale moves.
Love- I am doing a liquid based diet, but decided to have 2 small meals a day. I think I will do maybe one fast day a week just to switch up calorie intake. So far its working well. The shakes are very nutritionally balanced, and I am drinking lots of water, so I should be good. If I start to feel lousy I will back off for sure! I have a hard time losing with PCOS, and this seems to be giving me a budge on the scale, so I am happy about that!!

petitefleur I need to mow the front yard, I like it better when I do it. Yeah I'm trying for that no fail attitude this time also ... gotta keep on going no matter what
jaimie congratulations on making changes and them working perfectly and also on reaching your half way point that's wonderful Keep up the great work.
Mish scales are stupid like that. The one in the kids bathroom is wacky so I don't use it at all, if gives you a 5lb gain. But my scale is just a pound less than at the doctors office so I stick with it

176.0 today! Although today is a higher calorie day so tomorrow will likely be up. So far calorie switching/fast/protein is going well. Haven't seen scale movement like this in ages!

love2b150, that's exactly what I'm trying to do this time around. I'm so sick of the up and down. It's actually motivating me for a change.
lovehopefaith, welcome to the post and congrats on the loss.
I'm weighing in for the Pin Up Challenge on MFP tomorrow morning . I'm crossing my fingers for a decent loss after TOM and I have been drinking more water, which is nice.

I dip into the 159/158 range, then invariably pop back up to 162. Arrg! I really should do some kind of 14-day challenge, to move these pounds.

Water is such a hard one hey! Especially since it's its winter here so dont exactly feel like a glass of cold water when it is freezing!
