I have my period now and the scale is not being nice to me right now.
I gain 3-5 lbs when I have my period, sometimes more if I'm super bloated and I just ate...

I usually gain around 5-7 lbs... I get super bloated and retain fluids and whatnot. By the time it's over it's usually all gone!

I gain EXACTLY 3 pounds, it's kind of interesting how my body knows to gain exactly that amount!

Usually I would gain about 4-5 pds (bloating, water retention etc) but this last month I actually lost 3 pds but when it was over I gained 2 back I looked at the scale and thought WTF?? LOL

About three pounds, usually.
I actually think of this sometimes when I pick up a little three-pound weight at the gym. "Oh, there's my usual menstrual weight gain."
When I can see it in the form of a compact piece of iron, it seems like a lot & it's no wonder I'm such an emo adolescent for the first day or two. My brain's retaining too much fluid.

Not enough to notice above regular daily fluctuations.

I'll only weigh once (if that). No point really. Fluctuations happen and bloating is temporary.
I just drink lots of water and count on it taking care of itself.
