Default Starting Over...

So I started my weight loss journey last year, in preparation for my wedding. I didn't loose the 35lbs I wanted but I was happy with 20lbs. Well after the wedding day, I just kind of put off the healthy eating thinking okay, 1 day wont hurt, and then I did the "i'll jump back on the wagon next week"

Well here I am 6 months after my "I dos" and I've gained it all back plus some! So I'm back and sticking to the program. I fell icky, I miss the energy I used to have...

... so I'm putting it out there for the world wide web to see... I'm 5 ft 0 inches tall, weighing 171lbs, my mini goal is 150lbs, then down to 125lbs

wish me luck

Oh I've been there! I know the whole "lose it, gain it back, and add a couple more pounds onto that" story, sista.

But you're back. And you're going to do great!

Thanks! I've already enlisted two of my buddies, one ex military the other active military who was also a body builder! They're excited to help and know my physical limitations so they'll be nice but not too nice! lol! I'm happy to be back! Day 1 food journal is under way and so far, I'm not doing to badly

Just wanted to say hi! I'm in the same boat, started gaining back after my wedding! It's a combo of increased junk food and REALLY decreased activity, before the wedding I was going to the gym up to 5 times a week. Now I'm going once every 2 months! I could just kick myself! I'll be right there with you!

I how that feels, my DH was being silly (yet concerned) and told me we'd weigh in together and that we did. Time to break out the stroller and my DS bike because we're going on a walk EVERYDAY (at least if its not raining)

Can't wait until the 22nd! Walk for Autsim here in Atlanta!!
