Talking Today i moved from obese to overweight.. i am happy

I have still got a fair way to go but today when i turned on the wii fit the fat cartoon me shrunk a bit and informed me that i was no longer obese..

so this i feel is an achievement i have lost 35lb since January,, this month was a struggle going up a lb and down a lb but today is a good day..

sorry just felt i needed to share its worth the daily struggle when the results FINALLY start to show..

Doesn't it feel good? I recently got into the overweight catagory too and for me it's one of those goals that makes me realize that I really can do this!

Congrats on your progress!
