Hey Guys! Thanks for posting. A lot of the meals sound super yummy! I thought it would be a fun idea to do this because I am getting so bored with the same old, same old foods. Here is an update for what I had today

Breakfast
Strawberries
Vanilla Yogurt
Granola

Snack
4crackers with peanut butter
Grande Ice Coffee with 2% milk

Lunch
Salad with Bread Stick.

Dinner
Rice (maybe too much) with Tofu and Veggies

Proudest Eating Moment of the Day
No snacking from the communal candy bowl
Not eating after 8pm

Improvements
Went a little bit overboard on the rice at dinner time. Probably had a cup versus half a cup.
Tomorrow I am going to keep track of water as well as times that I ate. I read that you shouldn't go more than three hours without eating to keep your metabolism at a constant. I also read that you should drink at least 1/2 of your weigh in water (in ounces).

P.S. Brownie Dessert Hummus??? More info please, sounds interesting : ) Thanks.

The same recipe for the chocolate one is posted somewhere else and the stats have it at about 38 calories per tablespoon... win? I think so... I'm trying this asap

Haley, that's the one I made! The chocolate brownie one, I mean. I did only use 2 tbsp of agave and then sweetened it to taste with splenda to cut the sugar down. It's delicious, healthy, but verry addicting!

Also, try Snickerdoodle hummus. It's even better IMHO.
