Sometimes. Especially when I drift away from this website. Then I come back and post for about 2 days and then I'm gone again. I really want to become a true part of this community with all of you lovely ladies. I hope you all dont see me as a joke, though I feel as one. I'm going to make posting on here part of my daily routine. I feel like I've failed because I haven't stayed on track. But I'm ready. I've joined the gym and im ready. For real this time. Im ready.

Oh girl, this is my second time back here, and each time I came back weighing more!! I'm hoping to make this my final time and to just stick with it I hope you feel like you can come here anytime, heck, feel free to message me!
There are periods where I don't show my face around here for months, and though i've never gained all my weight back, i definitely come back a couple of pounds heavier after being off plan. I think what we must focus on is that we do come back, and that in and of itself is something to celebrate. I know for me, visiting this site daily, and occasionally posting means i'm on track and eating properly. I hope you've never felt anything but love and support from this community, all my experiences have been really positive.
Remember that the important thing is that you haven't given up, and every time you get caught up with life, there's always a supportive and understanding community waiting for you.
thank you, ladies. i really appreciate your kind words. i've come back to this site many a times, and i guess my problem was never getting really involved. but i'm ready to now. with support from everybody on this forum, including you lovely ladies, i know i can reach my goal. with support from the lovely ladies here, and my fiance, i know i really know that i can do this.

One of my favorite things about 3FC is that you can step back and take a break, but it will always be here to support you. Of course you are not a joke. It's good to see you again!
I completely understand. This is my 3rd time back and this last time I became more involved. I post everyday (sometimes just in the daily weigh-in thread), but it helps keep me accountable. I think becoming more involved definitely helps. We're all here for you!
