Most MV's are the same- there are ones more specific for women which you might want to try

Don't get the gummy ones though- they don't contain calcium and calcium is needed to absorb vitamin D. I think it's ridiculous that they sell gummy vitamins knowing that information.

I personally count both calories and grams of fat... the fat grams came into play to keep myself accountable... I was choosing unhealthy items with high fat grams just because their calories were not that bad... I now tend to go for healthier alternatives because their fat grams are obviously lower. Counting my fat grams has kept me away from processed foods and focused me on healthier more fresh options
