Default Ugh....bad week

Man oh man.. so i'm not sure how i'm going to be exercising the next bit...

I put my back out, i'm pretty sure a disk is slipped and it isnt a muscle. BUT im not sure! i have to get xrays i'm thinking.

So to top off this week :P my dog ate gorilla glue, had a nerf foot ball sized mass of glue removed from his stomach, 70 people/friends laid off at my work... gained a permanent position at work... got a bonus, put my back out....


I guess ill just have to focus on eating!!! as my main source of "diet"

Oh man I'm so sorry to hear about your back. I had a herniated disc about 2 years ago and it was so bad that I couldn't walk for 2 weeks. I ended up having to get a cortisone shot into my spine and having physical therapy. I hope you get yourself into the doctor and get it taken care of. Back pain is horrible

Don't worry about exercise while you are injured. I have learned that backs are not something to be messed with, and if it starts hurting, I need to let it rest. Also, sleep with a pillow underneath your knees if you are laying on your back, or between your knees if you are on your side...it takes the pressure off of your spine.

The rest of your week sounds like it had highs and lows.....keep on keepin on.
