Hello All,
I just signed up today and I'm looking forward to having support from other women like myself. I'm 25, 5'6" and about 180lbs. My goal weight right now is 150, when I get to that point I'll decide if I want to lose more.

My weight has been a constant struggle for me and I've gained about 20lbs in the last two years. I'm at the point where I just can't take it anymore and I finally need to get this weight off.

I'm an emotional eater and I often binge. Any and all support and advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi tayde! Welcome!! I have very similar stats to you, I'm 29, 178 right now, 5'6" and 150 is my initial goal. I've already lost about 50 plus pounds, and this site is awesome!

Hi! Congrats on losing over 50lbs. If you don't mind me asking, how long has it taken you to lose the 50? I'd love to hear what you're doing to lose weight.

Welcome! I am the same age and started dealing with emotional overeating last January. It has taken a long time, but I feel more in control of myself and my emotions. Good luck!
