Ryler: Way to go!

Today was W6D2 and it was one of the worst ones I've had in a while. I'm going home for the weekend, so it'll probably be the last run for a while and I hope my body recuperates.

Yesterday I completed W5D3 by jogging 2 miles outside.

I tried it again today and only got a little less than 1.5 miles in before pooping out. But thats how running goes....even for the most experienced runners.

I've been on a dopamine high lately (new love). That feeling of needing to remind myself to eat. I decided to just go with it and milk the decreased appetitie for weight loss. I think my lack of energy today is due to not eating enough. Its ok though. The pounds are comming off this week .

Tomorrow I am doing my last w3 run, and I am sort of scared for the week 4 runs. Wha! But I will do fine I am sure.

So, girls.. this seems a bit outrageous to me, but still I must ask if it's just me being mental or actually happening - I feel like - even though it's only a few weeks, and it's way less excersise than my 1hr gym trips every other day or my bikerides to work.. - I feel like my legs are shaping differently at the calves already. And like my fitness is improving massively all at once. And that seems silly, because the runs are really not that long yet, and I've not been doing them as strict on plan (about half a week behind on schedule).

Well, love to hear how it's been for you!
