Yesterday I completed W5D3 by jogging 2 miles outside.
I tried it again today and only got a little less than 1.5 miles in before pooping out. But thats how running goes....even for the most experienced runners.
I've been on a dopamine high lately (new love). That feeling of needing to remind myself to eat. I decided to just go with it and milk the decreased appetitie for weight loss. I think my lack of energy today is due to not eating enough. Its ok though. The pounds are comming off this week
